Request Notices by Paper Mail
The personal information collected on TRACS by Alberta Treasury Board and Finance, Tax and Revenue Administration, is for the purpose of administering and enforcing Alberta's tax and revenue programs, and the information will be input into an automated system to make decisions. This collection is authorized by section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act. Complete this request to receive notices by paper mail in addition to online notices through the Tax and Revenue Administration Client Self-service (TRACS) account portal.
Important:
This option is for first-time requests. All renewal requests for paper notices must be submitted through the TRACS account. Renewals will only be accepted 60 days prior to expiry.
Corporate Income Tax (CIT) notice of assessments and reassessments will be sent by paper mail to the address on file. To update your address, contact Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA), or log in to the corporation's TRACS account.

The corporation's notices are available in TRACS and can be accessed by authorized representatives. I acknowledge that I can enrol on
TRACS
to receive email notifications.
The corporation must have a valid mailing address to receive paper notices. I acknowledge that any returned notices to TRA will result in paper mail being cancelled, and notices being posted to TRACS only.
I acknowledge that this request is valid for a 2-year period from the date of submission.
I acknowledge that I have signing authority for this corporation and that I will not receive confirmation once this request has been submitted.
I certify that I am an owner, corporate director, or the legal representative of this corporation, partnership or legal entity. If I am the legal representative, a signed letter of authorization is already on file with Tax and Revenue Administration.
As the owner, corporate director, or legal representative, I certify that the information entered on this form is true and accurate.
